Under its corporate ethos of “good jobs and good lives,” Career Design Center (CDC) has aimed to distinguished itself from its competition through business expansion focused on highly career-oriented engineers, salespeople and women since its founding in 1993 and has strived to establish a next-level career change market through its type brand.
Our company was launched as a listings magazine but has currently expanded to include career change websites such as type and Onna no Tenshoku type, as well as a diverse range of businesses, including a Recruiting Agency business, IT Worker Dispatch and New Graduate Recruiting Support. We are conducting business activities with the aim of offering high-quality services to more companies seeking workers and a larger number of job seekers by strengthening synergies between all of these businesses.
Thanks to all of your support, we became a listed company on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in July 2013. Moving forward, we will strive to enhance and expand our products and services and continue to conduct business activities that contribute to the development of the Japanese economy.
