Social Media Policy

The Company has established the following Social Media Policy in connection with the operation of its social media accounts. Users are requested to review the following before using the social media operated by the Company, including viewing, following, commenting on, or quoting content from such accounts.

1. Basic Policy

The Company recognizes that social media is accessible to an unspecified number of users and that information once posted may be disseminated through reposting, sharing, or other means and may be difficult to delete completely. Based on this understanding, the Company shall endeavor to communicate information responsibly.

2. Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content posted on its official accounts and shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use thereof or for any disputes between users or between a user and any third party.

3. Operation of Official Accounts

The Company’s official accounts shall be operated by personnel authorized by the Company.

The Company does not undertake to respond to all comments, direct messages, or similar communications. In addition, the Company does not accept individual requests for information or consultations through its social media accounts.

The Company’s official announcements and views shall be communicated through its corporate website, news releases, or other official channels.

The operation of the Company’s official accounts may be terminated, discontinued, deleted, or changed without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

If the Company confirms that any post or other conduct on its official accounts falls under any of the following, the Company may, without prior notice, delete or hide the relevant content, block the relevant account, or take any other appropriate measures.

・Content that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals, or that encourages such violations
・Content constituting defamation, discrimination, harassment, or similar conduct against the Company or any third party
・Content that identifies or discloses personal information without the consent of the individual concerned
・Content that infringes the rights of any third party, including copyrights, portrait rights, and trademark rights
・Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Company’s official accounts, including impersonation, spam, or repeated posting of identical content
・Content intended for advertising, promotion, solicitation, or any other commercial purpose, except as approved by the Company

5. Amendments to this Policy

The Company may amend this Policy without prior notice as necessary. Any amended Social Media Policy shall become effective at the time it is posted on this page.
