Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

CAREER DESIGN CENTER CO., LTD. hereby establishes the following basic policy with respect to organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, associate members of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate extortionists, racketeers claiming to conduct social or political campaigns, criminal groups with specialized intelligence, and any other persons or organizations equivalent thereto that pose a threat to the order and safety of society (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Anti-Social Forces”).

The Company fully recognizes the importance of severing all relationships with Anti-Social Forces from the perspectives of social responsibility, compliance, and corporate defense. By ensuring that all officers and employees comply with this policy, the Company shall strive to secure the appropriateness and safety of its business operations.

The Company shall respond to unreasonable demands and other acts by Anti-Social Forces as an organization as a whole, under the leadership of top management.

The Company shall also ensure the safety of officers and employees who respond to such unreasonable demands and other acts by Anti-Social Forces.

In preparation for unreasonable demands and other acts by Anti-Social Forces, the Company shall establish cooperative relationships with external specialized organizations, including the police, the Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and attorneys.

In the event that unreasonable demands or other acts are made by Anti-Social Forces, the Company shall work in cooperation with such external specialized organizations in responding thereto.

The Company shall have no relationships whatsoever with Anti-Social Forces, including business relationships and transactions.

If the Company receives unreasonable demands or other acts from Anti-Social Forces, it shall firmly and resolutely reject them.

In response to unreasonable demands and other acts by Anti-Social Forces, the Company shall take legal action from both civil and criminal perspectives, as necessary.

The Company shall never engage in backdoor deals with, or provide funds to, Anti-Social Forces.
