Basic Information Security Policy
In order to protect the information assets entrusted to the Company through its business activities from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crime, and to fulfill the trust placed in the Company by its customers (including users, job seekers, client companies, business partners, and other stakeholders) as well as society, the Company hereby establishes the following Basic Information Security Policy and shall undertake information security measures on a company-wide basis in accordance therewith.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company shall strive to improve and enhance information security in an organized and continuous manner under the leadership of management.
2. Establishment of Internal Framework
The Company shall establish an organizational framework for maintaining and improving information security and shall prescribe information security measures as formal internal rules.
3. Employee Initiatives
Employees of the Company shall acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and shall ensure the effectiveness of the Company’s information security initiatives.
To this end, the Company shall continuously provide education and awareness programs concerning the importance of information security and shall seek to enhance awareness among its employees.
4. Compliance with Legal and Contractual Requirements
The Company shall comply with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations relating to information security and shall appropriately manage information assets in order to ensure their confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of any violation of laws or contracts relating to information security, or in the event of any information security incident, the Company shall respond appropriately and shall strive to prevent recurrence.
