Together with Shareholders and Investors
Based on our management philosophy, we respect dialogue with all stakeholders including shareholders and investors, and we conduct appropriate information disclosure and engage in constructive dialogue so that they understand CDC better. In so doing, we also aim for sustainable growth and medium- to long-term enhancement of the corporate value of CDC.
Information Disclosure
Our policy of IR information disclosure is based on transparency, fairness, and continuity, and it stipulates timely and proactive information disclosure in compliance with the Timely Disclosure Rules. Our basic approach is to engage in constructive dialogue with shareholders and investors by appropriately disclosing information on management policies and initiatives for sustainable growth and medium- to long-term enhancement of corporate value, and by reporting to management on shareholder and investor opinions so they can be reflected. We also explain financial results and business strategies on the IR Information section of our corporate website.
Sustainable Development Through Collaboration
We are enhancing management efficiency and transparency by aiming for interactive communication and flexibly absorbing a diverse variety of opinions from shareholders and investors. At the Annual General Meetings of Shareholders and Financial Results Briefings, the CEO and the Directors explain CDC's values, business strategies, and the progress of the Medium-Term Management Plan, and we also strive to provide opportunities for dialogue, emphasizing Q&A sessions, to provide an understanding of the stance and strategy of our management.
Dividends and Shareholder Returns
We recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management issue, and we have adopted a basic policy of distributing profits based on operating results while comprehensively taking into account the need to enhance retained earnings and the financial position of the company. We aim for a dividend payout ratio of 30%, and it is our policy to increase the dividend per share in line with the expansion of our business results.
