I would like to take this opportunity to express my deep appreciation to our shareholders for their continued support.

Since our foundation in 1993, Career Design Center (CDC) has worked under the corporate philosophy of “Good jobs and good lives” in the aim of distinguishing ourselves from the competition through business expansion focused on highly career-oriented engineers, salespeople, and women, and we strive to establish a next-level career change market through our type brand.

Our corporate philosophy of "Good jobs and good lives" reflects our desire to create a society in which working people find joy in their jobs and in their lives. People achieve success when they have good jobs and can demonstrate their full potential. And if people have fulfilling jobs, they can lead prosperous and enjoyable lives, both at work and at home.

Is the job simply a means of income? I don’t think so.

A great job can allow you to grow, meet new colleagues, and build great relationships. And nothing could replace the joy of working toward a big goal and overcoming obstacles along the way.

The variety of experiences that we gain through our work allow us to grow stronger and develop our appeal as human beings. Creating a society where working people have good jobs and lead good lives—that is CDC’s mission.

Our company was launched as a listings magazine, but it has since expanded to include career change sites such as type and Onna no Tenshoku type, as well as a diverse range of businesses including Personnel Placement, IT Worker Dispatch, and New Graduate Recruiting Support. We engage in business with the aim of offering high-quality services to more recruiting companies and more job seekers by strengthening the synergies among all of these businesses.

The Career Design Center looks forward to your continued support in the future as we redouble our efforts to meet the expectations of all our valued shareholders and all of our other stakeholders.
