Revitalize companies and contribute the development of the Japanese economy through the mobility of high-quality human resources

Since our founding in 1993, Career Design Center (CDC) has sought to distinguish ourselves from the competition through business expansion focused on highly career-oriented engineers, salespeople, and women under the corporate philosophy of “Good jobs and good lives,” and we strive to establish a next-level career change market through our type brand. Specifically, we will revitalize companies and contribute the development of the Japanese economy through the mobility of high-quality human resources while continuing to enhance synergy through the type brand by marketing each product and service of the media information business, the personnel placement business, the new graduate market business, and the worker dispatch business through a media mix.

Currently, Japanese society is facing a very serious problem: a decrease in the working population due to the declining birthrate and aging population. Recruitment is expected to become even more difficult going forward, which may restrict the growth of the Japanese economy. However, in order for companies to promote growth and increase their corporate value, it is essential to secure both quality and quantity in the workforce. We believe that we should work on the challenge of ensuring the mobility of human resources through mid-career recruitment and that these efforts are indispensable in order for companies to secure workforces.
