Anti-Bribery Policy
In order to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and to conduct fair and transparent business activities, the Company hereby establishes this Anti-Bribery Policy and shall work to prevent bribery. The Company shall strive to ensure appropriate business operations by requiring all officers and employees to comply with this Policy.
1.Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, internal rules, and other applicable rules for the prevention of bribery.
2.Prohibition of Bribery
The Company shall not, with respect to any person, whether directly or indirectly, offer, promise, request, or receive money, gifts, entertainment, or any other benefit for the purpose of obtaining or retaining an improper business advantage.
The Company shall also not give or receive any benefit that exceeds the bounds of what is socially acceptable.
3.Appropriate Accounting Treatment and Recordkeeping
The Company shall accurately and appropriately record and manage all expenditures and transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and internal rules.
4.Response to Violations
If any act in violation of this Policy, or any suspected violation thereof, is identified, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation and take appropriate measures, including corrective actions and measures to prevent recurrence.
